Elizabeth McCracken founded the McCracken Leadership Collective after a career defined by leading people through high-stakes environments, building cohesive teams, and developing the next generation of leaders. A 2015 graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, she was commissioned as an officer and forged her leadership identity in one of the world's most demanding institutions — where leadership is not a title but a daily practice, and character is the foundation of everything.

Elizabeth's coaching style is grounded, direct, and deeply human. She brings a bias for action and an equal commitment to honest reflection — because sustainable leadership requires both. Her experience spans military, public sector, and civilian organizations, giving her a uniquely broad perspective on what strong leadership looks like across contexts.

She is currently completing Georgetown University's Executive Certificate in Leadership Coaching, one of the most rigorous and respected coaching credential programs in the country — a commitment that reflects her belief that great coaches never stop developing themselves.

Whether she is working one-on-one with an executive, advising an organization on its leadership pipeline, or facilitating a team through a transformational workshop, Elizabeth brings the same standard she holds for every leader she works with: show up fully, do the work, and leave things better than you found them.
